From First Meeting to Finished Installation
Six steps from first meeting to finished install. No surprises, no shortcuts.
Consultation
We visit your site or meet via video call to understand the space, the brief, and your budget. This is where every project starts. We take measurements, discuss what is working and what is not, and talk through your priorities - whether that is maximising storage, matching an architect's spec, or staying within a particular budget.
Concept & Design
Our design team translates your brief into detailed concepts using Cabinet Vision. You receive 3D renders, plan views, and elevations so you can see exactly what your joinery will look like before we commit to anything. We refine the design with you until it is right - typically 2-3 rounds of revisions.
Detailed Documentation
Every element is documented to precision - technical drawings, material specifications, hardware schedules, and CNC-ready production files. For architect and builder projects, we provide detailed shop drawings for sign-off. Nothing is left to chance or assumption.
Manufacture
Your joinery is manufactured in-house at our Tooradin factory. Panels are CNC-cut for precision, edges are banded, and every piece is dry-fitted and checked before it leaves the workshop. We use Blum and Tekform hardware as standard. Typical manufacture time is 4-6 weeks depending on project complexity.
Installation
Our team fits every piece on site with precision. We coordinate with your other trades to keep the build on schedule and avoid delays. Installation is typically completed within 1-3 days for a standard kitchen. We bring our own tools, protect your floors, and clean up when we leave.
Completion & Handover
We walk every detail with you and fix anything that is not right before we leave. You receive care and maintenance instructions for your new joinery. The job is not done until you say it is - and if anything needs attention after handover, we come back and sort it out.
